Audrey holds two accreditations from the McLean Institute as a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor and MMI Mindful® Trainer. She implements mindfulness programs in organizations and for individuals.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Audrey is currently completing her Master’s degree. Audrey is also a certified yoga teacher.
