She is also a faculty member at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Pauline became a dedicated meditator when, shortly after the birth of her second daughter, her marriage broke down and she received a diagnosis of breast cancer. After the initial shock, she decided to take these challenges as an invitation to completely transform her life. She embarked on a year-and-a-half course of holistic self-healing. During this time she connected with an inner wisdom, resolve, and strength she never knew she had. She credits her daily practice of meditation for her ability to stay calm and actually thrive during what could have been a devastating time.

Nicole began studying yoga philosophy as a teenager and found that yoga helped her battle depression and low self-esteem as a teenager and continues to be an integral part of her life. At 18, she became a certified Yoga Instructor through the Sivananda Yoga Ashram. In 1999, she graduated from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies and then completed their Massage Teacher Training program. While maintaining a private massage practice, Nicole worked with Wells Fargo for 8 years and home-schooled her two boys up to 2nd and 4th grade.

Once Nicole began meditating daily, it became very clear to her that she wanted to share the simple techniques that cultivate inner peace and self-love, so she became certified to teach meditation and mindfulness. “Through meditation and mindfulness we can find self-awareness, and through bodywork and movement, we can support the physical demands of our busy schedules. When we take the time to learn and apply self-care, we can more easily maintain healthy relationships, balanced schedules, and peaceful minds,” Nicole says.

Nicole currently works at the McLean Meditation Institute and is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor and MMI Mindful® Trainer who loves to teach anyone to learn to meditate. She is based in Sedona, Arizona.

Lori became aware of the benefits of meditation after she became the full time caregiver of her parents. She says it was the most stressful time of her life. She found that meditation supported her through the roller coaster ride of caring for a loved one who has dementia. After that chapter of her life ended, she wanted to learn as much as she could about meditation. She became a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor at the Meditation Teacher Academy. To further her studies she became certified as an MMI Mindful® Trainer.

Lori is also a Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader certified by the Healer Within Foundation. She teaches Tai Chi Easy, a form of mindful movement to seniors at Iora Health Clinics. She teaches meditation there as well.
