Baiba Krumina is a Qualified MBSR Teacher by the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness and MMI Mindful® Trainer. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and during 10-years in the banking industry Baiba knows the stress and burned out risks at work. Already then, she realized “All the success in the world means nothing without emotional control and peace of mind.” She was incredibly fortunate to learn about mindfulness. 

Baiba helps organizations and their leaders to become more kind, wise, and effective in everything they do through the transformative power of mindfulness. She is the founder of the organization Ametros that works across the Baltic States: Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
