Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum is a Clinical Psychologist, Relational Psychoanalyst and Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher. Dr. Nancy has a private practice in Stamford, Connecticut where she works with children, adolescents and their parents, individual adults and couples. In her 30 years of experience, Dr. Nancy has developed an integrative psychotherapeutic approach to effectively treat a wide range of psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and relationship, familial and work challenges.

Dr. Nancy leads mindfulness meditation seminars in the workplace, home and community. Recent programs have included: “Optimal Activation: Recognize, Regulate and Master Your Stress Response,” “Lose your Mind and Come to Your Senses: Mindful Mornings at Greenwich Point” and “Mindful MOMents: Conscious and Compassionate Parenting.”

Dr. Nancy is a member of the Connecticut Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, International Association for Self Psychology and the McLean Meditation Institute.
