Sara Little

Bowral, New South Wales

Australia

Position: Partner

Sara is the co-founder and director of MindFlow Wellbeing, an Australian-based company on a mission to bring meditation and mindfulness to individuals, corporate workplaces, and healthcare professionals through wellbeing programs, workshops, and retreats.

Through her own personal experience with a diagnosis of a life-threatening auto-immune disease and the struggle to obtain wellbeing again, Sara turned to meditation and mindfulness practices. The truly transformative and healing effects that these practices had on Sara’s own wellbeing have inspired her to share what she has learned with others to overcome stress, illness, and pain and achieve their own optimal wellbeing.

Sara has completed her training at the McLean Meditation Institute in 2019 to become a qualified meditation and mindfulness instructor and certified MMI Mindful® Trainer.

With over 20 years of professional experience as a cardiac imaging specialist and knowing first- hand the stressful work environment that healthcare can be, Sara is now on a mission to bring wellbeing into the healthcare professions. Through Wellbeing@work programs, workshops, and 2-day intensives directed to healthcare professionals to address burnout, stress, and optimizing patient outcomes by providing mindful patient-centered care.

Sara is passionate about sharing her experience, knowledge, and skills through individual and group-based ‘Medicinal Meditation’ instruction and keynote speaking.
